Will this replace my team?

No. We build AI that replaces the boring parts of jobs, not the jobs themselves. Your customer support agent stops answering "where's my order" 40 times a day — they start handling the complaint escalations that actually need a human. Your accounts team stops typing reminder emails — they start on the collections that need judgment. If the automation genuinely makes headcount unnecessary, that's your decision, not ours.

What happens when the AI makes a mistake?

Every agent has escalation rules built in. Confidence below a threshold → route to a human. Unusual request patterns → route to a human. Angry customer sentiment → route to a human. We log every decision the agent makes so you can audit it later. The goal is an agent that's honest about its limits, not one that fakes confidence.

What about data privacy?

For sensitive workloads (HR, finance, medical, legal), we use models that don't train on your data — Claude and GPT via API, or local models like Llama running on your infrastructure. For high-sensitivity data we default to on-premise deployment. We walk through the privacy model during the scoping call.

How do I know if it's actually working?

Every automation comes with a dashboard showing the key metrics — volume handled, escalation rate, time saved, errors. Monthly reviews compare to your baseline. If in three months the automation isn't earning its AMC fee, we'll recommend killing it. We'd rather lose the retainer than keep billing for something that doesn't work.

Can you fine-tune a model on my data?

Sometimes, but usually we don't need to. Modern LLMs with good prompts and retrieval (RAG) handle 90% of business cases. Fine-tuning makes sense for very specific domains (highly technical vocabulary, unique writing styles) or when prompt length becomes a cost issue. We'll tell you honestly which approach fits.
