Unified ERP — scoped right, phased in, genuinely supported — is what bridges the gap. Four platforms, one implementation partner, one point of accountability. Odoo, Frappe, Zoho Creator, Shopify.

AMC kicks in day one. Quarterly reviews. Expand into next module when you're ready.
The five we hear on every operations audit. Honest answers — including when Tally is genuinely the right tool to keep using.
If Tally works fine, you don't. Most of our clients hit a wall around ₹20–30 Cr revenue — Tally runs accounting but can't see your inventory, can't manage your sales pipeline, can't coordinate multi-warehouse movements. If closing books takes 10+ days, if quarterly GST is stressful, if you can't answer "what's in stock right now" in under an hour — those are the signals.
You can absolutely hire Odoo SA or a Frappe freelancer directly. What we bring is a single point of accountability across the whole stack — when your Shopify store needs to sync with your Odoo inventory while triggering a WhatsApp update, that's four systems and four vendors. With us, it's one partner. Plus, we don't disappear after go-live: the AMC is where most implementations fail, and where we earn our keep.
A single module, fully configured for your business, with your real data migrated in and your team trained to use it. Example: Odoo Accounting at ₹75K means chart of accounts set up to match your business, GST configured, last 6 months of Tally data migrated, 5 users trained, and 2 weeks of post-go-live support. A complete working module — not a trial, not a partial setup.
90% of the time, it comes down to licensing philosophy and customisation depth. Odoo has stronger out-of-the-box modules (especially manufacturing and e-commerce) and a polished UI but charges per user per module. Frappe/ERPNext is free to licence forever, deeply customisable, but the UI is more utilitarian. Under 50 users with standard needs, Odoo often wins. Above 100 users or with heavy customisation, Frappe usually does. We walk through this on the scoping call.
Your data is always yours — exported in standard formats (CSV, SQL dumps) on request, at any time. We provide handover documentation for any future team or vendor. We'd rather lose a client than hold one captive with undocumented customisations.
